I first was introduced to their line of mushroom based drink mixes (my fav is the matcha but the chai and golden milk are also a close second), and was really excited when I saw them selling actual culinary mushrooms at a market. My wife and I are now hooked on the lion’s mane. We slice it into strips, and pan fry it. The texture is fantastic, and has a very meaty quality that reminds us of chicken. Delicious when cooked in butter with some salt and pepper, or cooked in some oil with teriyaki. The blue oysters are also great and are wonderful in stir fry because of the mild seafood-like flavor. Haven’t tried the others, but we will! As a bonus, the owners are very nice, and you can feel their enthusiasm for what they’re doing. Excited to see them grow!

Organic is always the way to go! Honestly, I got this to be healthy not expecting it to taste good. But this actually tastes VERY good. I drink it solo or add to my coffee. I highly recommend!
